Things to Remember
Videographers will
be present or involved in your wedding sometimes up to twelve
hours in that day, from beginning to end, not including the
initial time spent during appointments to decide your needs. It
is kind and a welcomed courtesy to provide food and drink for
your photographer and videographer. It is best if this is done
in time necessary so that the photographer or videographer can
be ready for work as quick as possible and not miss important
shots such as the activities of the new bride and groom as they
greet friends and loved ones at the tables. Include your
photographer and videographer in the planning of your wedding
dinner. If this is impossible, it will be necessary for both to
take an off premises break sometime during the wedding
reception.
